Welcome

Welcome. I hope that this website will give you the information you need about my books, other work that I’ve been doing and forthcoming events, as well as links to relevant websites. There is information about all my published work, with outlines, extracts and reviews, as well as news about forthcoming publications.

Some readers may know my novels but not my poetry, or be familiar with my writing for children but not my work for adults. For this reason I’ve included extracts from my novels and books for children, as well as a some complete short stories, a selection of poems and a selection of essays.  I hope that these will give some sense of my writing as a whole.
